Before the holiday
Add A Caddy assist with planning and negotiation with vendors according to your wishes. This includes review of options for holiday locations and route planning for trips, sightseeing, negotiation with suppliers of accommodation, transport, activities, services, recommendations etc. We make, upon request, bookings on your behalf, where direct bookings are not practical. Add A Caddy provide information and assistance concerning visa, vaccinations, climate, currency etc and give advice on practicalities like clothing, sun protection, safety for valuables etc. We aim to answer all the questions you might have prior to deciding upon your holiday bookings as well as prior to travelling in order to maximize your comfort once you are in Indonesia. In the process we are likely to provide information you may not have thought about. With a minimum of effort on your part you should arrive well prepared for a great holiday.

Please note that Add A Caddy services are available to you, even if you have booked a package holiday through a tour operator. The Caddy service is, -as the name says, an additional to your normal holiday packaging. If you are going to Indonesia on a package tour, or any other planned arrangement, you may decide that you would like to book a Caddy for your excursions, local travelling and other activities for a deeper cultural insight.  The Caddy service is not, however, a realistic option for a day trip service, which is best handled by local tourist guides.

During the holiday
Add A Caddy provides the same services as before the holiday, now with the benefit of direct, on- the-spot decision making and immediate execution of plans and ideas according to your wishes. This local service is primarily done by the Caddy, but where needed, with the support of the Add A Caddy organisation which is available around the clock to back up our Caddies in the field.
For the vacation in Indonesia, Add A Caddy provide you with a local Caddy, our core service to you. 
The Caddy will accompany you during the holiday time at the selected locations and during travelling and serve you with practical assistance and advice of any kind as an extended part of the travelling “family”, giving the you the advantage of local expertise. Caddies can be contracted for the entire period of the stay in Indonesia, or less, however minimum standard period of Caddy Hire is 6 days.  If you need a Caddy for less than 6 days, we can also make an offer for this. Please contact Add A Caddy for an offer, if required.
Generally we will assign one Caddy for one holiday trip, however, Indonesia is a very large country and if you decide to visit locations very far apart, you may wish to hire Caddies in separate locations. This can be discussed during the holiday preparation phase in order to provide you with the best possible solution.
We reserve the right, if deemed necessary, to replace the Caddy during the period of the contract, however this has a yet never been necessary.

The Caddy is your friend, advisor, butler, minder, chaperone, helper, language interpreter, price negotiator, cultural link, in short – your “Indonesian family”, always there to help stretch and enrich your experience. The Caddy is NOT a daredevil nature explorer, professional know-all tourist guide, but the caddy will give all reasonable services to make your holiday unforgettable, making you feel comprehensively more comfortable with less hassle, less worries, less wasted time and much improved benefits for money spent.
