Once you have decided that you want to explore the opportunity of using the service of Add A Caddy, please send an email to our general email address add.a.caddy.indonesia@gmail.com, and we will revert to you with the preliminary details of information we need. This includes details of participants and the time frame for your stay in Indonesia, plus your preliminary location or activity wish list etc.
As a first step in your booking process we will provide you with a 11 digit alpha-numeric AAC number (Ex: AAC0123456A) which you must use as reference in all correspondence and mention with all payments.
At the same time, we will require payment for the trip planning service, amounting to IDR 250.000 (approximately € 20). This amount must be paid to activate our service and is not reimbursable. Upon payment, we assist you with your preliminary holiday lay out, make suggestions for route, locations, accommodation, activities, timing options, assist you in making bookings and provide you all available information you need for fixing your holidays, matching your requirements with the best possible prices.
When you hire a Caddy, the preliminary deposit amount will be deducted from the bill for the Caddy service. Hence our information services and assistance with your holiday planning is effectively free of charge once you hire our Caddy service.
From that moment our services are all included with the Caddy service fee.
You buy the Caddy service, but you also get the full Add A Caddy office back up for your entire holiday.
(Excluded from this are any ancillary costs relating to equipment and supplies you might wish for us to arrange for you.)
The Caddy service itself comes at a standard charge of IDR 750,000 (approximately € 60) per person,-or couple travelling together, per day; however, we have packages for couples or singles with children and smaller groups which mostly result in considerably lower costs per person. The Caddy fee includes the accommodation and living expenses for the Caddy during travelling, but depending on your plans and wishes we will propose alternative solutions which result in different costs and benefits for your consideration.
As soon as your travel group information is given to us, and the approximate itinerary fixed, we will provide you with any special offers for the Caddy service.
It is necessary to bear in mind that the cost of travelling differs largely in different areas of Indonesia and we want to make sure you get the best possible offer.
For any engagements commencing in Bali, and for any time spent in Bali, the charges are subject to a 50% additional, to reflect the additional costs of providing our service.
For some other outstations in remote areas, we may need to charge additional premiums as well, but our commitment is to base our costs on a flat recovery of ancillary costs to our company only.
We will do our utmost to facilitate your particular needs at the lowest possible costs for your maximum benefit. And we aim to always ensure you get more out of your holiday than you could possibly have got by arranging by yourself or via package tour operators. Your satisfaction is our priority. We are keen to make sure that you will go home and recommend us to your family friends and colleagues.
The payments to Add A Caddy consist of three stages:
- Initial deposit (IDR 250.000) for our information service
- Main deposit for the Caddy service, 35% of the total amount due, with deduction of the initial deposit (1), within 7 days of agreement of service package
- Balance of payment* due at least 7 days before commencement of the Caddy service (if late booking, within a week of service commencement, the full payment is due immediately)
*Please note that if there would be a substantial difference (over 5 %) in exchange rates for the Rupiah versus Euro between the time of contracting and the time of payment under (3.), we will require the difference be paid or compensated. We will similarly reimburse you if the difference would be in your favour.
Any additional or extension of services will be payable upon request.
